Battle Grey Beard Hairs
Grey hairs can be tackled using a variety of herbs.
Here’s some herby recipes to try in your next smoothie.
Parsley, Flaxseed, Banana and Frozen Berries Smoothie

- ½ cup of chopped parsley
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 cup of oat milk or almond milk

Top Tip: Parsley had the most nutritional benefit when grown at home. You can plant and grow parsley in your back yard or indoors in natural sunlight.
Rosemary and Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 cups of cows milk or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
Method: Freeze a tray of blueberries. Once frozen, add them to the blender with the other ingredients. Remember to only use the rosemary leaves, not the twigs. Blend and drink.
Top Tip: If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add half an avocado or a banana to the recipe.
This way you can also apply some to your beard as a mask.
Rosemary is particularly soothing for dry skin when applied directly to the area. Wash out after 15 minutes.
